At Luscious Scarves, we want you to be completely enamored with your new accessory. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your scarf and place it back into its original protective sleeve and branded box to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return mailer.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
